End User License Agreement (EULA)

By registering for ezehr+, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ezehr+ for your healthcare practice.
2. Data Privacy: We comply with HIPAA and all applicable data protection regulations.
3. Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
4. Payment Terms: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
5. Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial periods.
